Be loving & kind to people that you have dated. If you know after the first date that the two of you don't fit then be honest, let them down gently. But, do it right away. Don't spend time dragging it out, wondering if it will change. Don't try to be friends with that person because you feel bad that they are not the one. It doesn't serve either of you. Don't wasting their time or yours. They might be hoping it will be fruitful when they could be finding the one for them, so let them move on.
